After our engineers and technicians digestion and absorption of foreign advanced temperature measurement and control technology, intelligent technology, new material technology and furnace design technology, the high performance intelligent electric furnace - medium frequency induction sintering furnace was launched that is particularly suitable for hard alloy industry (if technology allows, it can also be applied to other industries). The medium frequency induction sintering furnace is a kind of intermittent gas (vacuum) protection furnace, multiple electric furnaces can be equipped with single set of power supply according to the time requirement of sintering process, and each single electric furnace can be respectively heated up or cooling down to achieve continuous production work.
Be used for vacuum / atmosphere sintering for cemented carbide, copper tungsten alloy, tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum nickel cobalt permanent magnet, SmCo5, Sm2Co17, nd iron boron, titanium alloy and other alloy materials
1The super high temperature furnace body at 2400 C degrees that can completely meet the sintering needs of various materials.
2imported digital intelligent temperature control table with digital display, and automatically complete the temperature control process with high-precision. The system can be heated up to a given temperature curve, and can store twenty heating curves with up to 400 sections.
3The furnace is cooled by closed circulating pure water cooling system monitored by a digital flow monitoring system; Furnace conversion using high performance intermediate frequency contactor; Completely PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection system.
